Authorization & Certificate

Authorized dealer status

X431 Tool Store operates under Shanghai Coalition Technology Co., Ltd., a listed dealer in Launch's official channel structure. We can supply our channel listing and authorisation evidence on request.

Why authorisation matters on diagnostic equipment

• Region licensing. Launch tools are activated per region. Unregistered grey units can refuse updates or lose function after a firmware change.
• Software entitlement. Renewal cards and subscriptions from unofficial sellers do not bind to the device.
• Warranty.route. Warranty is served through the channel that sold the unit.

What we do before dispatch

Register the unit to your region, confirm the software licence state in writing, and record it against your order. Ask and we send the confirmation before your card is charged.
