What we collect

Order data: name, delivery address, email, phone, order contents and device serial numbers once activated. Payment data: handled by our acquirer; we receive a token and the last four digits only. Technical data: IP, user agent and pages viewed.

Why

To fulfil orders, register devices to your region, handle support and warranty claims, meet customs and tax record-keeping duties, prevent fraud, and improve the store.

We do not sell your personal information

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as defined under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA.

Who we share it with

Our payment acquirer, our carrier and forwarder (shipment data only), Launch's activation channel (serial number and region where registration requires it), our email and analytics providers, and authorities where customs or tax law requires.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information and opt out of marketing email at any time. California residents may request the categories collected, sources, business purpose and categories of recipients. We respond within 45 days.

Retention and security

Order and activation records are kept for the period tax and customs law requires. Data travels over TLS and access is restricted to staff who need it.
