Diagnostic tablets and handheld tools
Scanners, tablets, testers and handheld tools ship by air express (DHL, FedEx, UPS or equivalent) from our Shanghai consolidation point, delivered duty paid (DDP) to the continental United States. Transit is 7 to 12 business days from dispatch. Tracking is issued the day the parcel leaves.
Heavy and oversize equipment
ADAS calibration frames, alignment equipment, lifts and anything on a pallet move by sea freight plus truck delivery. These are quoted per order against your delivery ZIP β the product page shows Price on request rather than a number we cannot honour. Transit on quoted freight is given at quote time.
Duty is inside the price
DDP prices include air or sea freight, US customs entry, import duty and tariffs, and final-mile delivery. There is no customs invoice after delivery. Section 301 and Section 232 exposure is pre-cleared before an item is listed.
Where we deliver
The contiguous 48 states. Not PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands.
Batteries and dangerous goods
Lithium cells inside diagnostic tablets travel under UN38.3 with the required documentation. Spare lithium packs and lead-acid units may be restricted on the air lane and are quoted separately when they cannot fly.
