Warranty Terms
Coverage
New devices carry the warranty period stated on their product page, counted from the delivery date, against defects in materials and workmanship. Accessories and cables carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
How a claim works
Email the serial number, a description of the fault and any error message or screenshot. Many faults β activation state, licence expiry, a corrupted software build β are resolved remotely. Where hardware service is needed we tell you whether to send the unit, a module, or just the faulty board.
Not covered
- Physical damage, liquid ingress, or damage from an unsupported power supply.
- Software modification, unofficial firmware, or region unlocking outside our channel.
- Subscription expiry β renewals are sold separately and are not a defect.
- Consumables: cables, clips, probes and protective cases beyond a manufacturing defect.
State-law rights
This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under the law of your state.
