Support & Region Activation
Before you buy
Send us your vehicle list, model years and the jobs you need to do β service resets, IMMO, TPMS, ADAS, heavy duty. We confirm coverage in writing before you pay, because coverage that turns out to be missing after activation is not a returnable problem.
Region activation
Launch devices are licensed per region. We register your unit to the US in Launch's system before dispatch and keep the record against your order. If you relocate, contact us β transfer is possible through the official channel and we handle it.
After you receive it
Activation state, licence expiry and software build problems are handled remotely. Email the serial number plus a screenshot of the error and we walk you through it. Genuine hardware faults go through the warranty process.
Renewals
Software subscription expiry is the most common "my tool stopped working" call. Renewal cards are sold on this store and priced separately from hardware. Ask us which functions your device keeps after a subscription lapses before you assume it is a fault.
