1. Scope

These terms govern every sale through this store. Ordering means you accept them.

2. Prices and duty

Prices are in US dollars and, where marked delivered duty paid, include freight, customs entry, import duty and tariffs and final-mile delivery to the contiguous 48 states. Prices exclude state and local sales or use tax, which is the buyer's responsibility where it applies. Quoted items are priced per order against your delivery address.

3. Region activation

Devices are registered to the US region before dispatch. Once registered and activated, a device cannot be returned. Coverage questions must be raised before activation.

4. Orders and delivery

A contract forms on dispatch confirmation. Stated transit times are estimates; customs exams and carrier delays are outside our control. Risk passes on delivery.

5. Returns and warranty

Per the returns page and warranty page. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable state law.

6. Software

Software licences and subscription periods are stated on the product page. Renewal is sold separately; function that depends on an active subscription ceases when it lapses, and that is not a defect.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, liability for any order is limited to the amount paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss from unauthorised firmware modification or misuse.

8. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure from customs action, carrier failure, port congestion or government measures including new tariffs or import restrictions.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in English, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
