Unused equipment: 14 days
Unused tools in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price less outbound shipping. Return shipping is yours.
Registered or activated devices cannot be returned
Once a scanner has been registered to your Launch account and its software licence activated, it cannot be resold as new and cannot be returned. Check regional coverage and vehicle list coverage before you activate β ask us and we will confirm in writing.
Faulty on arrival
Report a fault within 14 days of delivery with photos or video. We cover return shipping and repair, replace or refund at our option.
Warranty claims after the return window
Warranty runs for the period stated on the product page, counted from delivery. Email the serial number, a description of the fault and any error text; we open a claim and tell you whether the fix is a remote software reset, a return to depot, or a part.
