region_note_h Region activation: order, then send us the country where the tool will be used. We register the device to that region through Launch's official channel and send you the confirmation before dispatch. Devices activated outside their registered region can be blocked by the manufacturer β€” keeping this step in the flow is what protects your warranty and software access.

What it is for

LAUNCH diagnostic software runs on an update period; when it ends, the diagnostic depth stays but new vehicle coverage stops. A renewal card extends the period for that device serial number and is registered for your region through the official channel.

Renewals are device-bound, not person-bound: if you sell a tablet, the buyer can renew it in their own name. Send us the serial number and the country of use with the order β€” a card activated for the wrong region is the one mistake that cannot be undone quickly.

Specification detail

Applies to one device serial number and one region. The card is activated after we receive the serial number and the country of use.

Shipping and duty

Dispatched from our Shanghai warehouse on a DDP (delivered duty paid) lane, so import duty, clearance and door delivery are already covered β€” the price you see is the price you pay. Sea freight runs 45–60 days door to door; air freight 7–14 days where the item qualifies. Tracking is issued at dispatch.
