Shipping and region activation

Every instrument ships by air from Shanghai: 7–14 days door to door. Tell us the country of use with your order — we register the device to that region through the official LAUNCH channel before dispatch and send you the confirmation in writing. Region and licence status are checked before shipment, not after.

Buying more than one

Orders are consolidated and re-weighed at intake, and freight is re-calculated on the actual chargeable weight. If you are ordering several items for one address, ask us for a combined quote before paying — mixing light and bulky items usually brings the freight share down.
