region_note_h Region activation: order, then send us the country where the tool will be used. We register the device to that region through Launch's official channel and send you the confirmation before dispatch. Devices activated outside their registered region can be blocked by the manufacturer β€” keeping this step in the flow is what protects your warranty and software access.

What it is for

LAUNCH diagnostic software runs on an update period; when it ends, the diagnostic depth stays but new vehicle coverage stops. A renewal card extends the period for that device serial number and is registered for your region through the official channel.

Renewals are device-bound, not person-bound: if you sell a tablet, the buyer can renew it in their own name. Send us the serial number and the country of use with the order β€” a card activated for the wrong region is the one mistake that cannot be undone quickly.

Specification detail

Applies to one device serial number and one region. The card is activated after we receive the serial number and the country of use.

After-sales

Two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Spare parts and wear items are kept in stock for the models we sell, so you are not forced to replace a whole assembly over one worn component. Warranty support is handled by e-mail in English, German or French.
