What it is for
A diagnostic platform is only worth its price once the technicians use it on every job rather than on the ones they cannot avoid. These are the paid services around the tool: getting it configured, getting it calibrated where that matters, and getting someone shown how to use it.
Remote sessions are usually enough for a first installation: screen-share, region registration, licence check and a walk-through of the three menus your work needs. Commissioning on site is quoted per location and is required for alignment and ADAS equipment.

Buying more than one
Orders are consolidated and re-weighed at intake, and freight is re-calculated on the actual chargeable weight. If you are ordering several items for one address, ask us for a combined quote before paying — mixing light and bulky items usually brings the freight share down.
