What it is for

The PAD series is the full-width platform: a 13-inch tablet running the complete LAUNCH diagnostic software, with the processing headroom for guided diagnostics, ECU programming and topology views that a compact tool cannot reach. It is the workhorse for a multi-brand workshop where one bay has to cover European, Asian and American vehicles in the same day.

Every unit is registered to your country through the official channel before it leaves Shanghai, and we send you the confirmation in writing. Send us the country of use and the vehicle mix with your order — coverage and licence level differ by configuration, and we would rather confirm the right one than exchange a tablet later.

Specification detail

Supplied as tablet, Smartlink C, X-PROG 3 key programmer and adapter set. The tablet runs Android with 4 GB RAM and 128 GB of storage, holds a lithium battery of roughly 71 Wh, and connects by Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and USB-C. Software update periods are included as listed and renewable afterwards through a renewal card.

After-sales

Two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Spare parts and wear items are kept in stock for the models we sell, so you are not forced to replace a whole assembly over one worn component. Warranty support is handled by e-mail in English, German or French.
